Today, after completing my homework I played some cricket with Mummy at Keith Hay Park.
It was so much fun, and I really enjoyed being out in the sun!
Later that evening, after an early dinner we decided to head to the Viaduct and Wynyard Quarters to ride our scooters.
That was the first time we rode our scooter in town. It was amazing and the weather was perfect.
‘’My name is Levi, me and my pet Misty are the protectors of our home.’’
‘’I was born with superpowers and have special fighting skills. I know all forms of martial arts and have the strength of the hulk.’’
‘’Misty, is a hybrid, he is half cheetah and half eagle. He can fly and moves as fast as speed and can turns things into ice with his breath.’’
‘’Our home has beautiful mountains, lush green grass, a crystal clear lake and many unique living creatures. However, it holds a secret that have been kept from the rest of the world for centuries.’’
‘’My ancestors have captured and trapped the evil Fire Dragon in a cave on a mountain for centuries to stop it from causing harm to our kind and the humans.’’
‘’To get to our home, outsiders will have to go through the magical forest, a forest that turns into a maze. Most people don’t make it out of the maze.’’
Only a powerful immortal can possibly be strong enough to fight through the forest.
In the past many immortals have attempted to release the Fire dragon from the cave and control it and his powers to take over the world.
Goro, the most powerful Immortal has planned an attack and is going for the Fire Dragon.
He will be leading his army to Levi and Misty.
‘’I sense something bad is going to happen Misty!’’ ‘’I’m afraid it will have something to do with the Fire Dragon.’’
From a distance, Levi and Misty saw a flock of birds suddenly fly off which usually means that there is trouble nearby.
The trees then started swaying violently.
Goro and his army emerged out from the forest.
‘’I am here for the fire dragon, get out of my way, if you don’t get out of my way then I will kill you all!’’
‘’That’s not going to happen!
I’m going to stop you and your army.’’
The fight between good and evil begins!
Levi and Misty fought with all their powers but somehow Goro and his army are like zombies, they just won’t die.
‘’Misty! Let’s come up with a plan and combine our powers to defeat Goro.’’
‘’You go and distract him from the front and freeze him while I’ll sneak up from behind him and chop his head off.’’
Their plan worked, Goro was defeated, his army perished into thin air when he took his last breath.
‘’Victory.! Misty, we did it, we killed him.’’
Once again Levi and Misty saved the world.
What is a fable?
A fable is a short story.
The story uses animals as the main characters.
It teaches you a moral lessons.

I really enjoyed the Maths activities this week.
In the school holiday, I learnt how to ride my bike without training wheels.
First I started riding my bike on the grass and it took me some time to learn how to ride without falling. I guess knowing how to ride on my scooter helped with the balancing.
Then I rode my bike on the pavement, I did feel nervous at first but once I got the hang of it I was not scared anymore.
However on my first day, I did ride into a hand rail on the side on a footpath and smashed my face into it. I had a bruise on my cheek for a few days.
This week I found Maths Rounding and Compensating very hard and it took me a long time to complete it.
Lucky my Mummy taught me how to do it.

My favourite piece of learning this week is watching those short films.
I found them interesting because they don't have any words and you kind of make up your own story.
My favourite short film was Catch it. Here is the link to the film.
Today when we went for our walk, we saw a bird walking on the foot path, it looked lost. It was a beautiful looking bird, it was white with pink on the front of it's body. We were sure it was someone's pet. The turned out it was a Lutino rose-breasted cockatoo.
It was heading our direction and then starting turning towards the busy main road. We didn't want it to get hurt so Mummy and I tried to stand in front of it's way so it wouldn't walk onto the road.
Mummy was too scared to pick it up so we called Mum to come help us. Mum came and pick up the bird and held it while Mummy rang the SPCA.
Unfortunately there were no answer at the SPCA, so Mummy then tried calling the Council. The Council couldn't help us.
Our neighbour also said to post a photo of the bird on the Facebook Mt Roskill Community page. Sure enough we heard from the owner. It belongs to a little girl. Apparently it's been lost for 2 days.
We sat in our car and gave it water while we were waiting for the owner to come pick it up.
We were so happy we found the Cockatoo's owner.
Special Olympics is for people (adults and children) with intellectual disabilities.
On Monday at school, the seniors spent half the day outside playing Special Olympics games.
There were a total of nine games. There were two games that I really liked.
The first game I really liked, we had to stack tin cans. Three on the bottom, then two on top of the three cans and then one on top of the two cans.
The other game I really liked, we had to throw bean bags into a bucket. I got half the bean bags in the bucket.
It was a really fun day and I had so much fun!
This week we have been doing a activity about how many times the Olympics has been canceled. And we have also been doing what year it has been canceled in. One of the years that the Olympics has been canceled is in 2020. It has been canceled in 2020 because of covid 19.
This term for writing we have been doing procedural writing and we had to write some instructions of how to play a game. The game that I chose was Tag. Then the next thing we had to do is choose a game to write about and tell the reader how to play the game. Here are my instructions, see if you can follow them
This term we went swimming at Cameron Pools and we used the life jackets we went on to the boat and fell into the water. When we fell into the water we had to put our hand up in the air and say help. Then we had to go into a circle so that people can see us from far away and it will keep us warm. We wore the life jackets so that we don't sink. It is relay important to learn how to swim so that you don't drown.
Today we did some things with Miss McGrath. The first thing we did was telling what we were grateful for. Then we had to make a fortune teller that told compliments to each other and then we had to colour it in and write some messages inside it. On my fortune teller I coloured it in and inside was some numbers and underneath the numbers was some messages. One of my messages was...'Be Kind'
This term we have been going to Cameron Pools.
when I was there I liked being there because it was fun.
I didn't like going under the water and jumping back on to the platform. I don't like having to take breaths and going back under. But I did like swimming back and forth to the two platform. I could do this on my front and on my back. We go to Cameron pools to learn how to swim because we are surrounded by water in NZ.

This week we have been doing a respect cartoon. We had to choose on of the codes of Respect. My group chose respecting other peoples property. We had to put pictures in the boxes. We made it on a google drawing. My group was Abdullah and Kiani. We used speech bubbles for the speech. Here is my cartoon, I hope you enjoy it.
I felt excited in lockdown because I like learning from home and playing with my toys.
My favounte school activity was maths and reading. My favourite book to read was my Pokemon book. I like eAko maths.
I'm feeling happy and sad that we are back to school.
Today I went to work with Mummy.
I was lucky and was able to have a room all to myself.
I had to get up early this morning to leave home at 7.30am. Picked up breakfast from McDonald on our way in. I had a cheeseburger for breakfast.
I had trouble logging in to my morning meeting this morning, had connection issues. But sorted it out in the end by hot spotting from Mummy's mobile.
Before lunch, I did some of my tasks for the day, I read a book and did some maths.
For lunch I had some rice noodles with egg gravy, one of my favourite dishes. I almost ate the whole dish!
After lunch, I watch a movie as part of my writing task.
After that, I got to play draw on the white board and played Pokemon on my phone.
